The addition of horse medicine.
Horses are guides, they are teachers, way showers, and mirrors, they provide us with a teaching that is beyond human dysfunction and conditioning, providing us with an access point to a place of embodiment and wisdom that comes from the earth and is held in a consciousness that has not yet been cultivated but is ready to.
With horses there is a reveal, beyond ego and agenda, to the purest form of who we are in the world and that gives us a deepening of understanding of what the wisdom we are meant to walk out in the world is formed.
From this place with the horses we can find the true form of what, and from where we lead, that brings us to a place in ourselves where doubt and fear do not live, only possibility and truth.
Our greatest purpose is to lead from our capacity, where we are honoured and tended to, not where we abandon.
To create in the depth and clarity of our purpose means to also know what it means to lead from a place of self honoring, where we call upon our collective that is both ready for our creations and is there to support us.
What we receive from the horses is that knowing of herd, how to curate our communities, to lead with purpose and presence in a way that also tends to and gives back to us.
Where we know how to create abundance that feels like it is being held from a place of deep service,
while also meeting our needs and desires in this life.
Where we understand how to speak the language of our vision and who we are called to create for.
Where we understand the uniqueness of our spirit and how we hold presence in the world and we create in a way that speaks to that.
We come to the herd to listen deeply, to be held and tended to, to receive a mirror of what it means to serve without self abandonment, and where from that place of purity we can receive the courage and vision to walk out into the world with what we are being asked to cultivate and create with purpose and a knowing of how and what and from where.
This container is about landing deeply in a place of creation that we are being called towards, while also learning to honor ourselves, to move past old conditionings and to form a new way of holding, leading and creating, that also speaks to how our energy wants to move in the world and through us.
That takes into consideration our responsibilities, our essence and what is our wisdom to bring more boldly to those that are calling and asking for it.

Our spaces blend the inclusion of our herd, our land, and the teaching that comes from that, along with our own experience of running and leading a soul lead vision in our retreat center and the spaces we have created alongside of our herd.
It is our greatest honor to walk alongside women in their callings while also supporting the woman who is creating, while sharing our own journey along the way.
We bring together different modalities, of leadership, coaching and neuroscience, that is spoken in the language of horse medicine and our roots in nature to bring a container that is wholly felt and experienced for each woman that is called to it.
What we do together in this space is held in connection to what you need, and where you are in the journey. It is a blend of personal transformation, with bringing life to the offerings, spaces, and legacy work that we are being asked to birth, and being supported in all of the elements that goes along with what that looks like to bring into form.

This container brings about 1:1 mentorship along with a private retreat with the land and the herd so you can be supported in your vision and your process in a way that meets you in the place that you are yearning to be met to bring life to what is calling to be birthed through you.
What this container includes:
3 Day Private Retreat that is inclusive of your accommodation, meals, and shuttle to the ranch.
Where you get to immerse with the herd and our land, to support your process and your creations while bringing in the medicine of horses as a guide to you and what you are feeling called to birth.
4 months of 1:1 support pre and post retreat so you can integrate, anchor and be held as you bring life to what you are being called to and you have a place to lean into and be nourished by in the places that you are needing to be held in.
This includes: 8 1:1 mentorship calls, lifetime access to our library of courses under our Hillary Schneider Umbrella, unlimited support via email and voxer, recordings of our call together. 1:1 calls do not expire, meaning if you use your calls beyond our 4 month time together our time will be extended around the use of your calls.

Hillary schneider
Hillary is the founder and lead facilitator of the Epona Rise Retreat Center and Horse Medicine Leadership Academy, she has been leading and teaching retreats and trainings with her herd for the last 13 years.
Passionate about bringing the teachings of the horses to impact the lives of humans, she has been devoted to her own vision and purpose of creating a space in nature where people can come and receive the wisdom of horses, the land and their own inner guidance.
She has over the last 13 years had the privilege of hosting and leading retreats for a range of people who are seeking to become more masterful in their experience of being a human with their own passion of personal and professional growth and development.
